Downer Appointed New HOLT Crane & Equipment Manager

HOLT Crane & Equipment, the Link Belt Crane Distributor for central, north, east and southeast Texas, has named Michael Downer as service/parts manager for Houston, San Antonio and Irving.

In his new position, Downer will be responsible for managing all aspects of HOLT Crane’s Link-Belt crane service and parts operations. He has worked in the industrial crane industry for 14 years and holds crane operations certification from the United States Navy.

HOLT Crane & Equipment is the authorized Link-Belt crane distributor in 141 selected counties in central, north, east and southeast Texas for sales, service and parts support for its full crane product line. HOLT Crane & Equipment is a division of HOLT CAT, a San Antonio, Texas-based company that began operations in 1933 and today is the largest Caterpillar equipment dealer in the United States.
