ALL Crane Adds 18 New Grove RTs →

The All Family of Companies is expanding its fleet of rough-terrain (RT) cranes with a new 18-unit package from Grove that covers weight classes from 55-ton capacity up to 165-tons. The purchase includes four 165-ton GRT9165, three 80-ton GRT8080, five 70-ton RT770 and six 55-ton GRT655L. Also included are two 40-ton TMS540 hydraulic truck cranes, bringing the full order to 20 total units. The four GRT9165s are in addition to four of the same unit purchased last year, a testament to their popularity with customers, particularly in wind energy, plant work and general construction in tight urban job sites. Based in Antofagasta, Chile's mining capital, Inversiones Farías has deployed two new Grove GRT8100 rough-terrain cranes to projects that serve the region's vibrant extraction economy. Poinciana, Fla., a suburban community near Kissimmee, is one the fastest-growing areas in the state's central region. In 2015, a new two-lane bridge was constructed over the Reedy Creek Swamp to provide another connection between Poinciana and nearby communities and highways. Grove RT540E Deployed at Australian Antarctic Station →

The Australian government has deployed a Grove RT540E rough-terrain crane to work at Davis station, one of the four research stations in the Australian Antarctic Program. The RT540E joins five other Grove rough-terrain cranes at the site and is used to load and unload cargo for resupply at the stations, as well as construct and maintain the station's infrastructure.
